🧵 Returns & Exchanges:

• We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Send us an email with a brief explanation and photos to: nectarofloveshop@gmail.com
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

💔 Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days at nectarofloveshop@gmail.com with a photo and your order number, we’ll sort it out with love and care.
